We developed a microcontroller-based auto soldering machine that automates the heating process by turning the heater on and off based on a user-defined temperature threshold. We designed and implemented the firmware to control the system. This solution is now being used in mass production, with product sales set to launch in the Japanese market by the end of October 2024.

Developed a comprehensive system to automatically monitor and calculate real-time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for two manufacturing lines. The solution enabled the client to quickly identify bottlenecks and take immediate action. Due to the system’s success, we expanded its functionality to include real-time maintenance status monitoring for the production lines.
